| Mission: | We are RockTheCross.Net, a Christian Rock Reviews website. RockTheCross was started as an outreach to teens, adults, etc who LOVE rock music, hard rock, punk rock, metal, etc. One of the main missions is to introduce Christian rock music to people who love the rock sound but didn't know anything like that existed in Christian realm of music. A lot of people get turned off by Christian music because the main music that is played is the Contemporary Christian and worship music and we wanted to show them that there is more... For ALL tastes! We also are using this put Christian music into the hands of those who may not otherwise hear the gospel or get a taste of who HE is. We are working on getting together some mission trips to troubled teens, etc with some of the bands that we have reviewed/interviewed. The RockTheCross site consists of album and concert reviews, a featured artist each month, links to the bands pages that we review, a monthly/weekly devotion, interviews, RTC blog, "The Guitar Project", merchandise, concert listings, and some select downloads. There is also a list of all upcoming releases for artists that we review/interview/have contacts with. We have artists ranging from small acts just getting started to artists already on major labels. Check here daily for the most up to date information on all of your favorite Christian Rock bands. New Release Reviews, Featured Artists, and a weekly devotional are just some of the awesome content you can expect to come your way.
